got a swivel female NPT on both ends here, does this adapter stay straight or does it have any angle to it?

Straight through, no angle at all. Both ends are 3/4-14 female NPT, and the swivel on one end gives you the ability to rotate during installation without twisting up your line. The body itself runs in a straight configuration, so there's no bend or offset involved.
