Part of Eaton Aeroquip's 2239 Series, this Steel Adapter, 3/4-14 Female NPT To 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 deg Flare, Straight Bulkhead provides a reliable transition between NPTF internal pipe threads and SAE 37° flare connections in a straight bulkhead configuration. The female end carries a 3/4-14 NPTF thread, while the male JIC end uses a 1-1/16-12 thread, making it well suited for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems where panel or bulkhead mounting is required.
Constructed from steel and rated for a minimum working temperature of -65°F, this adapter is designed for demanding industrial environments. The 1.375-inch hex on the male end allows for standard wrench installation. At 0.7 lb, it is a compact, durable fitting appropriate for use across a range of fluid power applications.

trying to replace an old bulkhead fitting, how do i tell if this one matches up?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 24, 2025, 5:47 PM
Match it by the thread callouts on both ends. This adapter is a straight bulkhead with a 3/4-14 female NPTF on one side and a 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other, sized for 3/4 inch tube OD.

got a bulkhead port i need to pass through a panel. is this the straight adapter that’s 3/4-14 female npt on one side and 1-1/16-12 male jic on the other?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 28, 2025, 10:15 AM
For a straight bulkhead pass-through, this adapter matches those thread callouts: 3/4-14 female NPTF on one end and 1-1/16-12 male SAE 37 degree flare (JIC) on the other.

got a 3/4 female NPT port on a manifold block and need to tie into a JIC 37 line, this the right adapter for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 21, 2026, 6:54 AM
That's what this one's built for. One end is 3/4-14 female NPT, the other is 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare, so you're going straight from an internal pipe thread port into a JIC flare fitting without needing any intermediate pieces. It's also a bulkhead style, meaning it's meant to pass through a panel or mounting surface, which is worth knowing before you go to install it.

Will this work for hooking up hydraulic lines on my tractor?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 8:35 AM
Designed for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, this adapter should be suitable for your tractor's hydraulic lines, provided the 3/4-14 female NPT and 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare connections match your requirements.
