Trying to replace a tee on a line, is this one the style with a 3/4-14 female NPT branch and 1-1/16-12 male JIC on the run?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 8:52 AM
The branch side is 3/4-14 female NPT, and the straight through run uses 1-1/16-12 male SAE 37 degree (JIC) flare ends on both sides.

What kind of setups is this tee fitting typically used in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 10, 2025, 6:05 AM
It's generally used for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems.

Got a tee fitting here with 3/4-14 female NPT on the branch and need to confirm the run connections, that 1-1/16-12 male JIC on both ends of the run, or just one side?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 27, 2025, 6:48 AM
Both run ports are 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare. The branch port is the 3/4-14 female NPT. So the run goes male JIC to male JIC, and your NPT connection comes off the branch. That's the standard layout for this tee configuration.
