trying to hook a 1/4-18 female pipe swivel up to a 7/16-20 ORB port, is that what this elbow is for?

Built for that exact connection, it goes from a 1/4-18 female NPT swivel on one end to a 7/16-20 male SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread on the other, with a 90 degree elbow to turn the line.

what industries is this adapter actually used in, like does it cross over into food processing or is it more of an oilfield thing?
