trying to hook a 3/8-18 female npt line into a 3/4-16 sae o-ring boss port, is this the right elbow for that?

Got a port on my hydraulic manifold that's 3/4-16 SAE O-ring boss and I need to run a line out at a right angle with a 3/8 NPT female fitting on the hose end. This adapter gonna work for that?
