got a tight spot on a line, is this the 45 elbow that goes from a 7/16-20 female JIC swivel over to a 7/16-20 male JIC flare?

Built for tight routing, it is a 45 degree elbow adapter with a 7/16-20 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on one end and a 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other.

Got a line running at a 45 on my press and need a swivel fitting that won't back itself loose over time. This one work for that kind of setup?

The swivel end on the female JIC side is exactly what keeps it from fighting you during installation. You can get the male side torqued down first and then rotate the female swivel to meet your line without twisting the hose. Eaton Aeroquip built this one for that kind of real-world routing situation where a straight adapter just creates a headache.
