Does this adapter work with light spiral hose setups, or is it only rated for heavier duty lines?

Rated for pressures through 4 Light Spiral Hose, so it fits right in with those lighter hose assemblies. Both ends are 1-5/16-12 JIC 37 degree flare, one female swivel and one male, connected by a 90 degree bent tube. Got a 90 degree JIC elbow I need to swap out on a light spiral hose setup. This the right one for that application?
