got a #10 female JIC swivel port on a hydraulic line and need a 90-degree turn coming off it, this the right fitting to make that happen?

A #10 female JIC swivel on one end and a #12 male JIC on the other is exactly what this fitting bridges. The 90-degree elbow lets you redirect the line without putting stress on the hose or the adjacent connection. The swivel on the female end gives you a little wiggle room during final tightening so the hose lays where you need it without twisting up. Both threads conform to SAE J514, so if your ports and hose ends are spec'd to that standard, you're in good shape.
