This steel adapter features a 3/8-18 female NPT swivel connection on one end and a 1/2-14 male NPT connection on the other, configured as a 45-degree elbow. Well-suited for applications in marine and military environments, as well as chemical, pulp and paper, and food and beverage processing.

The Eaton Aeroquip 2049 Series fitting is also appropriate for use in off-shore drilling applications. It has an A dimension of 0.92 and a B dimension of 1.41. Refer to the attached document for fluid compatibility details.

trying to hook a 3/8 female swivel up to a 1/2 male pipe thread, but i need it kicked over at 45 degrees. is that what this adapter is?

Function-wise, it is a 45 degree elbow adapter that goes from a 3/8-18 female NPT swivel end (NPSM internal pipe swivel style) over to a 1/2-14 male NPT end (NPTF external pipe).
