Hey, will this fitting hold up alright if I'm running hydraulic fluid through it in a colder environment? We get down below zero sometimes.

fitting says reduced bore, does that mean the inside diameter is smaller than a standard -06 JIC fitting, or is that just what they call the hose end?

Reduced bore means the internal flow path is narrower than a full-bore fitting of the same hose size. On this one, end size 1 comes in at 0.5625 inches and end size 2 at 0.375 inches, so yes, there is a size step-down built into the fitting itself. If your system needs unrestricted full-bore flow through a -06 line, this particular fitting would not be the right pick. For applications where a slight restriction is acceptable, it works fine and crimps onto -06 hose just like a standard fitting would.
