fitting says "reduced bore" on it, does that mean flow's gonna be restricted compared to a standard -10 JIC fitting?

Reduced bore means the internal passage is slightly smaller than a full-bore equivalent in the same hose size. For most hydraulic circuits that aren't flow-critical, it won't cause noticeable problems. Where it matters is in high-flow, velocity-sensitive systems where pressure drop across fittings adds up. If you're running a straightforward return or working line at moderate flow rates, this fitting does the job fine. Just worth knowing upfront if you're designing around tight flow margins.
