fitting says "reduced bore" on it, does that mean flow's gonna be restricted compared to a standard -12 fitting?

Reduced bore does mean the internal passage is smaller than a full-bore -12 fitting. For most standard industrial hose runs that aren't pushing extreme flow demands, it works just fine. Where it matters is in applications where you're already running near the edge on flow velocity or pressure drop. If your system was sized around a full-bore -12, you'd want to double-check that before swapping this one in.
