got a tight spot on the panel, is this the 90 degree bulkhead elbow with 9/16-18 JIC on both ends?

For a right angle pass-through, this adapter is a 90 degree elbow bulkhead with male JIC 37 degree flare ends on both sides, and both threads are 9/16-18.

got a panel I'm routing a JIC line through and need a 90 on the bulkhead, this the right piece for that?

For a bulkhead mount with a 90 degree turn, this is exactly what you'd reach for. Both ends are 9/16-18 Male JIC 37 degree flare, so the line connects on either side of the panel without needing an additional fitting to make the angle work. The elbow handles the direction change right at the bulkhead, which keeps things cleaner and cuts down on extra hardware in tight spots.
