Part of the Eaton Aeroquip 2033 Series, this steel adapter is designed for tee configurations in hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems. It connects a 7/16-20 Male JIC 37° flare branch port to a 7/16-20 Male JIC 37° flare run port, allowing a single line to branch into two directions within the same fitting body.
The Steel Adapter, 7/16-20 Male JIC 37 deg Flare Branch To 7/16-20 Male JIC 37 deg Flare Run, Tee features SAE 37° flare seating on both connections, providing reliable metal-to-metal sealing suited to demanding hydraulic service. With an A dimension of 0.89 in. and a B dimension of 1.78 in., it is a compact fitting appropriate for space-constrained installations. Steel construction supports use across a broad range of hydraulic and fluid system applications.

Got a tee fitting I'm trying to sort out for a hydraulic instrumentation line. This one runs 7/16-20 JIC on all three ports, right? Just want to make sure all ends are the same thread and flare before I order.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 27, 2025, 10:17 AM
All three connections on this fitting are 7/16-20 Male JIC with a 37 degree flare, so yes, every port is identical in thread size and seat angle. It's a same-size tee all the way around, which makes it straightforward to drop into a line where you need to branch off without changing thread specs at any point in the connection.

What kind of setups is this tee adapter typically used for?

These Eaton Aeroquip tee adapters are made for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems.

i’ve got lines that are 7/16-20 JIC, is this tee the one that splits off a branch without changing thread size?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 5, 2026, 1:15 PM
Function-wise, it is a tee adapter that gives you a branch connection off the run, and all three ends are 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare. It is meant for tying three JIC flare connections together at that same size.
