Steel Adapter, 3/4-16 Male JIC 37 deg Flare To M22 x 1.5 Male Metric Thread, 90 deg Elbow

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic systems requiring a directional change at the connection point, this 90-degree elbow adapter transitions between a 3/4-16 Male JIC 37° flare fitting and an M22 x 1.5 male metric thread. The Steel Adapter, 3/4-16 Male JIC 37 deg Flare To M22 x 1.5 Male Metric Thread, 90 deg Elbow is manufactured from steel and sourced from Fluid Routing Solutions, a recognized supplier of hydraulic fittings and adapters.

The JIC 37° flare end conforms to standard SAE flare fitting geometry, making it compatible with common hydraulic line configurations. With a 0.5-inch tube OD reference and catalog number C1DB51, this fitting suits applications where JIC and metric threaded connections must interface in a compact, angled arrangement.

Question by: Diane G on Oct 12, 2025, 10:23 AM
Got a machine that's running M22 x 1.5 metric ports but my hydraulic lines are JIC 37 degree flare, this elbow gonna bridge that gap without needing extra adapters stacked together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 14, 2025, 6:57 AM
That's what this fitting is built for. One end is 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare and the other is M22 x 1.5 male metric thread, so you're making that transition in a single piece. The 90 degree angle also means you're not fighting a straight adapter in a tight spot, you get your directional change right at the connection point. No stacking required.
