Steel Adapter, 7/16-20 Male JIC 37 deg Flare To M10 x 1 Male Metric Thread, Straight

Description & Features

Manufactured by Air-Way Manufacturing, this zinc-plated steel adapter connects a 7/16-20 Male JIC 37° flare fitting to an M10 x 1 male metric thread in a straight configuration. The zinc plating provides corrosion resistance suited to hydraulic systems operating in demanding industrial environments.

The Steel Adapter, 7/16-20 Male JIC 37 deg Flare To M10 x 1 Male Metric Thread, Straight is commonly used where JIC and metric hydraulic lines must be joined without additional fittings or fabrication. With a tube O.D. of 0.25 inches and an overall length (C dimension) of 1.18 inches, it is a compact, direct-connection solution for mixed-standard hydraulic assemblies.

Also sold under catalog number C1DB37 and compatible with equipment referencing part numbers MI-00339346 and MINO-00902F78399.

Question by: Janet L on May 2, 2025, 2:19 PM
I'm hooking up some lines on an older machine, and one side's metric while the other is JIC. Will this adapter let me connect 'em straight up?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2025, 6:01 AM
Yes, this adapter directly joins a 7/16-20 Male JIC 37° flare fitting to an M10 x 1 male metric thread. It eliminates the need for extra fittings or custom work when connecting these two types of hydraulic lines.
Question by: Brett C on Jun 8, 2025, 7:59 AM
Got a metric port on a piece of equipment and need to tie into a JIC line, this a straight shot or is there anything in between I'd need?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 10, 2025, 6:01 AM
Straight connection, nothing extra needed. One end is 7/16-20 male JIC with a 37-degree flare, the other is M10 x 1 male metric thread. Both ends thread directly into their respective ports, so you're not adding any intermediate fittings or fabrication to the assembly. Overall length is 1.18 inches, so it stays compact in tight spaces.
