Got a piece of equipment with a BSPP female port on it and everything else on the line is NPT. This the right part to bridge that gap?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a 3/8-18 male NPT thread, which screws into standard pipe fittings on your NPT side. The other end is a 3/8-19 female BSPP swivel, so it accepts a British Parallel male fitting.
