got a hose end that’s 1-1/16-12 JIC, will this elbow hook up to it and still let me come off a 3/4-14 pipe thread?

The ends are 3/4-14 male NPTF on one side and 1-1/16-12 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the other, and it’s a 90 degree elbow. That matches a 3/4-14 female pipe port on one end and a 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 flare fitting on the other.
