Will this here adapter fit right onto a standard 1/8 NPT male fitting? Just wanna make sure before I order a bunch.

It will, yes. This adapter's got that 1/8-27 Male NPT threading to fit right up. Then you get your 7/16-20 Female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the other end.

what industries is this adapter actually used in, or is it more of a general-purpose fitting?

got a tight spot on a line, is this the 90 elbow that goes from 1/8-27 male npt to 7/16-20 female jic swivel
