Designed for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, this Steel Adapter, 1/2-14 Male NPT Branch To 3/4-16 Male JIC 37 Deg Flare Run, Tee is part of the Eaton Aeroquip 2030 Series. It connects an NPT branch port to a JIC 37-degree flare run, making it well-suited for routing hydraulic lines where directional branching is required in tight configurations.
With an A dimension of 1.47 inches and a B dimension of 1.33 inches, this tee adapter fits compactly into assemblies where space constraints matter. The external pipe thread on the branch and SAE 37-degree flare on the run provide reliable, leak-resistant connections across a range of fluid media. The catalog reference for this part is C1AX54.

what's the thread setup on this tee exactly? trying to figure out if the branch and the run are different sizes before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 23, 2026, 6:33 AM
The branch port is 1/2-14 Male NPT and the run port is 3/4-16 Male JIC with a 37-degree flare seat. So yes, you've got two different thread types on the same fitting, which is the whole point of this style of adapter. The NPT side threads into a pipe port and the JIC side connects into your flare line. Part of the Eaton Aeroquip 2030 series, catalog number C1AX54 if you need it for your records.
