got a hose end that’s 1-5/16-12 JIC, does this elbow adapter match that and what’s on the other side?

On the JIC side, it is a 1-5/16-12 male 37 degree flare. The other end is a 1-1/16-12 male SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread, and the body is a 90 degree elbow.
