trying to hook up a hose, what exactly are the two ends on this elbow adapter?

On one side you have a 7/16-20 male SAE O-Ring Boss (straight thread O-ring) connection, and the other side is a 9/16-18 male JIC 37 degree flare. It is a 90 degree elbow style adapter, so it turns the line at a right angle.

trying to swap a straight ORB fitting over to JIC, is this the right elbow size for 7/16-20 on one end and 9/16-18 on the other?
