got a hose end that’s 1-5/8-12 JIC, will this adapter mate up to it and what’s on the other side?

On the JIC side it has a 1-5/8-12 male 37 degree flare connection. The other end is a 1-5/16-12 male SAE O-Ring Boss (straight thread O-ring) connection, so it’s meant to transition between those two standards in a straight adapter.
