Trying to hook a 3/4-16 ORB port up to a 1/4 inch JIC line, is this the right straight adapter?

For that setup, it matches the common sizing: one end is a 3/4-16 male SAE O-Ring Boss and the other end is a 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare, which is the thread size typically used on 1/4 inch tube O.D. JIC.

Got a port on my hydraulic manifold that's 3/4-16 ORB and I need to run a JIC line off it, this adapter gonna bridge that gap straight up?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is 3/4-16 male SAE O-Ring Boss, the other is 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare, and it runs straight through with no angle. Both ends are male, so you'd be threading the ORB side into a female ORB port on your manifold and connecting your JIC female swivel onto the other end. Pretty common setup when you're pulling a branch line off a block or valve body.
