Designed for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, the Steel Adapter, 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss (Straight Thread O-Ring) Run To 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 deg Flare Run & Branch, Tee is a tee configuration adapter from Eaton Aeroquip's 203005 Series. It connects a 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss port to dual 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37° flare run and branch ports, enabling a single-line split in a fluid circuit without additional fittings.
With overall dimensions of 1.94 (A) and 1.66 (B and C), this steel adapter is built for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. The SAE O-Ring Boss thread provides a leak-resistant sealed connection, while the JIC 37° flare ends ensure broad compatibility with standard hydraulic line assemblies. Catalog reference C1AX61 applies to this part.

trying to swap out a tee on my hydraulic line, what threads are on each end of this one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 21, 2025, 8:15 AM
On the run and the branch, all three ends are 1-1/16-12 male threads. The tee is a straight thread O-ring boss to 37 degree flare style adapter, with a 0.75 tube O.D. callout.
Question by: Neil C on Mar 26, 2025, 8:55 AM
trying to tee off a line, are all three ends on this adapter 1-1/16-12 and what styles are they
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 28, 2025, 6:53 AM
All three ports are 1-1/16-12 thread size. The run side is 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread, and the run and the branch are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare connections.
Question by: Rusty F on May 1, 2025, 10:17 AM
What exactly is this tee adapter used for?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 3, 2025, 6:24 AM
This adapter is used in hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems to connect three lines. It's set up as a run and branch tee, which means it has one inlet and two outlets.
Question by: Wade P on Oct 14, 2025, 9:25 AM
got a tee fitting I'm trying to sort out for a hydraulic line split, one side needs to thread into an SAE O-ring boss port and the other two runs need JIC 37 degree flare connections. this the right part for that setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 15, 2025, 2:56 PM
That's exactly what this fitting is built for. The run port threads are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare on both sides, and the inlet is 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-ring Boss straight thread. So you get one ORB end going into your port and two JIC male ends for your line connections off the tee. All three connections are the same thread size, which keeps things clean if you're working with matched hose assemblies or tube fittings throughout.
