Manufactured from steel and designed for use where SAE O-Ring Face Seal and NPT connections meet at a right angle, the Steel Adapter, 11/16-16 Male SAE O-Ring Face Seal To 1/2-14 Male NPT, 90 deg Elbow is part of the Eaton Aeroquip FF2032T series. The 90-degree elbow configuration is well suited for installations where space constraints or routing requirements prevent straight-line connections.
With an A dimension of 1.15 and a B dimension of 1.53, this adapter is sized for compact routing in demanding environments. Typical applications include marine and military equipment, chemical processing systems, offshore drilling, and food and beverage processing, as well as pulp and paper industries.

Got a tight spot in a hydraulic line where I can't run things straight through, would this adapter handle connecting an SAE O-ring face seal to a half-inch NPT at a right angle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 4, 2025, 6:11 PM
That's exactly the situation this fitting is built for. The 11/16-16 male SAE O-ring face seal end connects to your ORS port, and the 1/2-14 male NPT end threads into your NPT fitting, all at a 90-degree angle. The elbow configuration is specifically suited for installs where straight-line routing just isn't possible due to space or directional constraints. It's part of Eaton Aeroquip's FF2032T series and comes in at 1.15 inches on the A dimension and 1.53 on the B, so it's sized to fit in fairly compact routing situations.

trying to hook an ORFS line into a 1/2-14 NPT port, but i gotta turn it 90 degrees. is this the right adapter for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 6:30 AM
For a right angle hookup between those two thread types, it matches up as an 11/16-16 male SAE O-Ring Face Seal on one end and a 1/2-14 male NPT on the other, built as a 90 degree elbow in the Eaton Aeroquip FF2032T series.

Would this elbow adapter work for connecting a SAE O-ring to an NPT setup at a 90-degree angle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 19, 2025, 6:50 AM
This steel adapter is indeed designed to join SAE O-Ring Face Seal and NPT connections, making a 90-degree turn. It's part of the Eaton Aeroquip FF2032T series.
