Manufactured from steel and designed for use in demanding industrial environments, this 90-degree elbow adapter connects a 1-3/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Face Seal to a 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss (Straight Thread O-Ring) port configuration. The angled geometry allows directional routing within confined assemblies where straight adapters are not practical.
Part of the Eaton Aeroquip FF1868T Series, this adapter is suited for hydraulic systems used in marine and military equipment, chemical processing, pulp and paper, food and beverage processing, and off-shore drilling applications. The O-ring face seal and O-ring boss ends provide reliable leak-resistant connections at both ports. The Steel Adapter, 1-3/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Face Seal To 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss (Straight Thread O-Ring), 90 deg Elbow carries catalog number C1CU91 and is referenced under multiple alternate part numbers for cross-identification purposes.

got a tight spot on a hydraulic manifold. is this the kind of 90 elbow that lets you turn the line without using a straight adapter
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 1, 2025, 5:50 PM
In cramped assemblies, the 90 degree elbow shape is the whole point. It lets you change direction between a 1-3/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Face Seal end and a 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss (straight thread O-ring) end when a straight fitting would stick out too far.
