all three ports on this tee are the same 3/8-19 BSPP size, right? just want to make sure before i order

Correct on all three. The run ports and the branch port are all 3/8-19 BSPP, so you're working with a uniform thread size throughout. The female swivel run side accepts a male BSPP connection, and the male run and branch side threads into a female BSPP port. No mixing of sizes on this one.
