Designed for grease, instrumentation, and most hydraulic systems, this steel tee adapter connects 1/4-18 NPTF threads across all three ports, one male run port and two female run and branch ports. The NPTF thread form provides a pressure-tight mechanical seal without relying solely on thread sealant. All three ends share a 1/4-18 thread size, making this a straightforward solution for splitting or joining flow in a single line.
The Steel Adapter, 1/4-18 Male NPT Run To 1/4-18 Female NPT Run & Branch, Tee is manufactured under the Danfoss Power Solutions (Aeroquip) brand and carries a minimum working temperature rating of -65°F, supporting use in cold-environment applications. With a drop dimension of 0.88 inches and a tube I.D. of 0.28 inches, it fits within standard compact hydraulic circuit configurations. Catalog reference is C1BB51.

trying to tee off a 1/4 npt line, are all three ports on this adapter 1/4-18 NPT?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 11, 2025, 5:06 PM
All three connections are 1/4-18 NPT run and branch. It has one male NPT run end and two female NPT ports for the run and the branch.

got a tee fitting that needs 1/4-18 NPT on all three ports, male on the run in, female on the run out and branch. this the one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 24, 2026, 1:39 PM
That's what this fitting does. One 1/4-18 male NPT on the run inlet, and two 1/4-18 female NPT ports covering the run outlet and the branch. All three connections are the same size, so no reducers or extra adapters needed if your lines are already 1/4-18 NPT throughout.
