got a 7/8-14 male ORB port on a hydraulic block and need to step it down to a 9/16-18 female connection. this the right part for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 22, 2025, 2:08 PM
That's what this adapter does. It takes a 7/8-14 male SAE O-Ring Boss thread on one end and gives you a 9/16-18 female SAE O-Ring Boss connection on the other, all in a straight configuration. Both ends use O-ring sealing, so you get a clean, leak-resistant connection at the step-down without needing thread sealant. The included seal part number is 22617-10, so you should have what you need right out of the box to make that fitting up.
