got a port on my hydraulic block that's 7/8-14 ORB and I need to run a 3/4-16 line off it. this adapter gonna bridge that gap straight up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 31, 2025, 9:46 PM
That's what this one's built for. The male end threads into your 7/8-14 ORB port and the female side accepts a 3/4-16 ORB fitting, so you're reducing from the larger port down to the smaller line connection in one straight piece. Both ends use O-ring face sealing on the straight thread, so you get a clean, leak-resistant joint without pipe tape or sealant. It's a direct bolt-in reducer for that exact size combination.

For connecting straight thread O-ring boss ends, it converts a 7/8-14 male SAE ORB on one side to a 3/4-16 female SAE ORB on the other, in a straight reducer style.
