trying to swap out an elbow on a line, is this one ORS on both sides with 1-14 threads?

For an ORS to ORS elbow connection, this adapter matches 1-14 male SAE O-ring face seal on one end and 1-14 female SAE O-ring face seal on the other, in a 90 degree elbow.
