fitting says reduced bore - does that mean it won't flow the same as a full bore -32 hose end?

Reduced bore fittings do restrict flow somewhat compared to a full bore design at the same hose size. For most standard hydraulic circuits that's not a problem, but if you're running a high-flow application where pressure drop across the fitting matters, it's worth factoring that in before you commit to this one. The tradeoff is that the two-piece reusable design makes field replacement a lot easier without needing a crimp press.
