Will this fitting hold up ok for hydraulic fluid? I don't want no leaks.

fitting says "reduced bore" on it, does that mean the flow through it's gonna be restricted compared to a standard -06 fitting?

Reduced bore fittings do pass slightly less flow than full bore versions at the same hose size. For most standard hydraulic circuits running -06 hose, the difference won't cause problems. Where it matters more is in high-flow, low-pressure-drop applications where every bit of line efficiency counts. If your system isn't particularly sensitive to minor flow restriction, this fitting will do the job fine.

does this fitting work on a single wire braid hose or do you need something heavier duty for it to seal up right?
