This Style 1400 Glass-Filled PTFE Piston Seal is designed for a 1.50 inch bore diameter and a 1.24 inch groove diameter. It features a 15% glass-filled PTFE seal with a rubber energizer for reliable performance.

This piston seal is suitable for applications with pressures ranging from 0 to 5,000 PSI and temperatures from -40°F to 220°F. The bore tolerance is ±0.002 inches, groove width tolerance is ±0.002 inches, cross section tolerance is ±0.005 inches, and seal height tolerance is ±0.005 inches.

got a cylinder with a 1.50 bore. is this the right piston seal for that, or am i missin somethin?

Fit comes down to the bore and groove numbers. This Style 1400 seal is sized for a 1.50 inch bore and a 1.24 inch groove diameter, with a listed piston diameter of 1.497 inches. The tolerances given are bore ±0.002 inches and piston diameter ±0.001 inches, so it is meant to run in a pretty tight, defined setup.
