This Style 1400 Glass-Filled PTFE Piston Seal from Hercules Sealing Products is suitable for use in a variety of hydraulic applications. Constructed from 15% glass-filled PTFE with a rubber energizer, it can withstand pressures from 0 to 5,000 PSI and temperatures from -40°F to 220°F.

Designed for a 4.50 inch bore diameter and a 4.11 inch groove diameter, this Style 1400 Glass-Filled PTFE Piston Seal offers reliable performance. The piston diameter measures 4.496 inches, with a tolerance of ±0.001 inches, while the groove diameter is 4.108 inches. The bore tolerance is ±0.002 inches, cross-section tolerance is ±0.010 inches, and groove width tolerance is ±0.002 inches.

Seal's rated up to 5,000 PSI, is that the burst limit or the actual working pressure range for normal operation?
