Designed for hydraulic cylinder applications requiring low-friction, chemically resistant sealing, the Style 1800 Glass-Filled PTFE Piston Seal is manufactured by Hercules Sealing Products and sized for a 6.00 inch bore diameter with a 5.24 inch groove diameter. The seal is constructed from 15% glass-filled PTFE with a rubber energizer, combining dimensional stability with consistent radial load against the bore wall.

Rated for pressures from 0 to 5,000 PSI and a temperature range of -40°F to 220°F, this seal suits a broad range of hydraulic cylinder service conditions. The piston diameter of 5.999 inches is specified for pistons without wear rings. Close tolerances on bore, groove width, and cross section support reliable fit and predictable sealing performance across the rated operating range.
