The Wellcall Hose (M) SDN BHD Sunrise Multiflex Rubber Air Hose is designed to meet diverse industrial needs. This robust hose has an inner diameter of 0.50 inches and an outer diameter of 0.83 inches making it suitable for pneumatic tools in production lines and the transfer of air and water in sectors such as automotive construction and mining.

The hose is constructed from a blended SBR tube with a smooth blended SBR cover available in red. For safe operation the maximum pressure stands at 300 PSI with a burst pressure of 900 PSI ensuring durability under demanding conditions. The temperature range spans from -13F to 170F accommodating various environmental requirements.

It is compatible with shank type and universal type fittings which can be secured using pinch clamps Band-It Jr preformed clamps or bolt clamps. Notably the hose is not recommended for environments involving petroleum products due to the potential deterioration of the natural rubber/SBR components.

What kind of fittings work best with this Sunrise air hose?

Shank type or universal type fittings are what you'll want to use, and you can secure them with pinch clamps, Band-It Jr preformed clamps, or bolt clamps.

got an air line that takes 1/2 inch hose, is this one actually 1/2 ID or is that just kinda close?

For sizing, the inside diameter on this hose is 0.50 inch and the outside diameter is about 0.83 inch. If your setup is based on 1/2 inch ID hose, that matches the stated ID.
