Ideal for use in pneumatic tools on production lines the Sunrise Multiflex Rubber Air Hose offers efficient transfer of air and water. Constructed with a blended SBR tube and a smooth type blended SBR cover this robust hose is designed to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI and can handle burst pressures up to 900 PSI. Available in a striking red color this hose has an inner diameter of 0.625 inches and an outer diameter of 1 inch. The temperature range for this durable hose spans from -13F to 170F making it suitable for a variety of demanding environments including automobile manufacturing construction sites and mining industries. For secure and reliable connections it is recommended to use shank or universal type fittings attached with pinch clamps preformed clamps or bolt clamps. Note that natural rubber/SBR is not suitable when exposed to petroleum products as it may deteriorate over time.

got a 5/8 air line already, is this hose actually that size or is it some oddball measurement

Size-wise, it’s a 0.625 inch inside diameter, which is the same as 5/8 inch ID. The outside diameter is 1.00 inch, so make sure your clamps and routing have room for that OD.
