SUS Series Suction Strainer, 1 NPT Port, 120.0 Mesh, Up To 13.00 GPM

The STAUFF SUS Series Suction Strainer features a robust glass fiber reinforced polyamide head, ensuring durability and reliability. Designed for use in hydraulic systems, this strainer is equipped with a 1 NPT port and a 120 mesh size, effectively capturing larger solid contaminants.

With a rated flow of up to 13.00 GPM, the strainer provides efficient filtration and is constructed with a cleanable, pleated stainless steel wire screen, epoxy-bonded to the head. This ensures extended lifespan and ease of maintenance.

The strainer is intended to be submerged in the reservoir, typically mounted horizontally, with the top of the strainer positioned at least 3 inches below the lowest oil level to prevent cavitation. For larger sizes, it is recommended to use 1-1/2 pipe diameters instead of 3 inches.

Featuring a diameter of 2.68 inches and a length of 5.51 inches, the strainer fits seamlessly into various industrial applications. The standard 100 mesh (150 micron) screen offers reliable filtration performance.
