The SV1-10-4 Series 4-Way 2-Position Solenoid Cartridge Valve provides efficient fluid control in high-pressure environments supporting applications such as harvesters refuse haulers as well as various mobile and industrial uses. Constructed from hardened and ground steel it ensures durability and reliable performance under extreme conditions.

With a flow rating of 6 GPM and the ability to handle pressures up to 3000 PSI this cartridge valve delivers consistent results. Designed for a screw-in cartridge installation it offers seamless integration into existing systems. The valve operates by allowing fluid flow from port 2 to port 3 and from port 4 to port 1 in the de-energized position and from port 3 to port 4 and from port 2 to port 1 when energized.

Supported by a filtration level of ISO 4406 cleanliness code 18/16/13 or cleaner it minimizes contamination risks. The valve is compatible with J Series 20 Watt coils which are sold separately. Its compact design featuring 4 valve ports and no housing maximizes flexibility while maintaining economy. Operating temperature ranges from -40deg;F to 248deg;F ensure adaptability to various working environments.

Will this valve work with a J Series 20 Watt coil?

Running this on a refuse hauler setup and need to know if it'll hold up to the pressure we're throwing at it. What's the max PSI this thing is rated for?

At 3000 PSI, it handles the kind of working pressures you'd typically see in refuse hauler hydraulics without breaking a sweat. The body is hardened and ground steel, so it's built to hold up under sustained load, not just occasional spikes. Keep in mind the internal leakage spec is 10 cubic inches per minute maximum at that 3000 PSI mark, which is worth factoring in if your circuit is sensitive to bypass losses.
