The SV3-10-C Series 2-Way 2-Position Normally Closed Solenoid Cartridge Valve by Danfoss Hydraulics is designed for robust industrial applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. Engineered with a flow rating of 12 GPM and a pressure rating of 3000 PSI it ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Constructed from hardened and ground steel this solenoid valve features a compact design and operates with a 12VDC coil. The valve provides efficient fluid control with minimal internal leakage of less than 5 drops per minute at 210 bar.

Compatible with C-10-2 cavity housing this screw-in cartridge valve is built for durability and longevity. It is suitable for mobile and industrial applications offering a recommended filtration level of ISO 4406 Cleanliness Level 18/16/13 or cleaner. The valve supports a temperature range from -40deg;F to 248deg;F making it versatile for extreme environments.

Reckon this'll fit in a standard C-10-2 cavity, or am I gonna need somethin' special?

This SV3-10-C series valve is indeed compatible with a C-10-2 cavity housing. Just make sure you get the housing separately since it ain't included.

does this valve need a housing included or do i have to buy that separate

The cartridge itself ships without a housing. You'll need to source a C-10-2 cavity housing separately before installation. Same goes for the coil if you don't already have one on hand. Both are sold apart from this unit, so make sure you've got those pieces lined up before you go pulling the old valve out.
