The SV3-10-O Series 2-Way, 2-Position, Normally Open Solenoid Cartridge Valve is a durable and reliable component designed for harvesters, refuse haulers, and various mobile and industrial applications.

The valve allows bi-directional flow between Port 1 and Port 2 when de-energized and blocks flow from Port 2 to Port 1 while allowing it from Port 1 to Port 2 when energized. Its leakage rate is less than 5 drops per minute under a pressure of 3000 PSI with the valve energized.

Featuring a robust construction with hardened and ground steel, this solenoid valve is built to withstand up to 350 bar (5000 psi) pressure and can handle a flow rating of 12 GPM. The valve showcases a compact and economical design suitable for demanding hydraulic systems.

Recommended filtration level is ISO 4406 Cleanliness Level 18/16/13 or cleaner, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Operating temperatures range from -40deg;F to 248deg;F, making it versatile for extreme conditions.

Cartridge housing and coil are sold separately. The valve is compatible with J Series 23 Watt coils and fits into a C-10-2 cavity size. The seal material used is Buna-N, providing excellent resistance to various fluids and temperatures.

Is this normally open valve suitable for a hydraulic system that requires quick response times?

This 2-way, 2-position valve is designed for applications where the valve needs to be open by default, closing only when the solenoid is energized.
