Designed for efficient hydraulic systems, the Eaton Vickers SystemStak Check Valve provides reliable performance in NFPA-D03 applications. This check valve features a cracking pressure of 36.0 PSI, ensuring optimal flow control. Constructed from durable ductile iron and hardened steel, it withstands a maximum operating pressure of 4500 PSI, making it suitable for demanding environments. The valve's space-saving design simplifies installation and reduces potential leak points, while its rugged construction accommodates high pressure and flow rates.
Engineered with a focus on functionality, the valve allows free flow towards the work port and prevents reverse flow, enhancing system efficiency. It operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of -4°F to 176°F for petroleum oils, ensuring versatility across various industrial applications. Standard Viton® seals and aluminum nameplates provide additional durability and longevity, making this valve a robust choice for hydraulic applications.

Got a DGMDC-3-Y-PM-41 going on a manifold block. what kind of bolts do we need and how tight should they be?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 6:51 AM
Fasten these units using 10-24 grade 8 socket head cap screws. You will want to lubricate the threads and torque them down to somewhere between 63 and 80 inch pounds for proper seating.

Trying to swap out a stack valve, is this one the D03 SystemStak check in P with free flow toward the work port, and is it the 41 design?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 11, 2025, 7:23 AM
For replacement matching, the identifiers on this valve are DGMDC-3-Y-PM-41 (41 design) and catalog number C1JL49. Function-wise it is a check in P with free flow toward the work port, and it is an NFPA-D03 size SystemStak style valve.
Question by: Rusty C on Mar 4, 2026, 2:16 PM
i’m trying to stop oil from sneakin back the wrong way. which direction does this D03 SystemStak check valve let flow go?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 6, 2026, 8:55 AM
Function-wise, it allows free flow toward the work port when the check is in the P line, and it blocks flow in the opposite direction.
