The Danfoss SystemStak Pilot-Operated Check Valve NFPA-D05 Size offers reliable dual pilot-operated check functionality and is designed with a cracking pressure of 15 PSI. Constructed from ductile iron for enhanced durability it includes hardened steel internal parts and aluminum nameplates ensuring long-lasting performance even under high-pressure conditions.
With a stacking height of 1.97 inches and a temperature range between 32deg;F and 180deg;F this valve is built to handle a variety of industrial applications. The standard NFPA interface allows for easy integration into existing systems reducing potential leaks and saving both space and installation time.
Featuring a maximum operating pressure of 4500 PSI and recommended ISO level 19/17/14 filtration the valve is engineered for rugged industrial environments. The robust design includes large flow passages to accommodate high flow rates efficiently. Standard Vitonreg; seals are used to enhance reliability across a broad range of fluid temperatures.
Available with multiple functions including relief counterbalance sequence pressure reducing direct check pilot-operated check and flow control the SystemStak valve is versatile for various operational needs.

What kind of applications would this pilot-operated check valve be good for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 3, 2025, 6:59 AM
This valve is versatile enough to handle relief, counterbalance, sequence, pressure reducing, direct check, and flow control applications due to its multiple available functions.
Question by: Tommy H on Nov 25, 2025, 8:15 PM
what's the cracking pressure on this valve, and will it hold up running continuous high pressure in a hydraulic circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 27, 2025, 12:37 PM
Cracking pressure comes in at 15 PSI, which is pretty standard for pilot-operated check applications. On the pressure side, the body is ductile iron rated to 4500 PSI maximum operating pressure, so continuous high-pressure duty is well within what this valve was built for. The internal parts are hardened steel, and Viton seals are standard, both of which hold up better over long run times than softer materials would.
