SystemStak Relief Valve, NFPA-D05 Size, Single Relief, Pressure Limited in P Port, 60-4500 PSI Screw & Locknut Adjustment

Description & Features

The SystemStak Relief Valve NFPA-D05 Size operates efficiently within a pressure range of 60-4500 PSI. Constructed with a ductile iron body and hardened steel internal parts it is designed to ensure reliability and longevity. This valve incorporates a screw & locknut adjustment style for precise control.

The single relief function is pressure-limited in the P port and includes an SAE-4 gauge port for easy monitoring. With a stacking height of 1.97 inches for single and dual reliefs it saves valuable space while reducing installation time and potential leaks.

Operating effectively in temperatures from 32deg;F to 180deg;F this valve features a rugged design with large flow passages capable of handling high pressure and flow ratings. The maximum operating pressure is 4500 PSI and recommended filtration is ISO level 19/17/14 for optimal performance.

Standard vitonreg; seals and aluminum nameplates further contribute to its robust construction. The valve's standard interface ensures compatibility with various system setups and enhances durability.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Dale K on Jul 22, 2025, 1:53 PM
what's the pressure range on this relief valve, and is that adjustment locked down with something or just a bare screw?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 24, 2025, 6:40 AM
The adjustment range runs from 60 to 4500 PSI, and yes, it locks down with a screw and locknut setup. That locknut keeps the setting from drifting once you've got it dialed in, which matters a lot on equipment that sees vibration or repeated pressure spikes.
