The Stauff Pressure Test System Hose 1000mm excels in the monitoring venting and sampling of pressure applications. Precision-engineered from high-quality materials this hose includes steel metal parts a stainless steel ball and seals made from Buna-N Viton or EPDM making it suitable for a range of temperatures from -40F to 392F.

The hose is built to withstand a maximum working pressure of 5800 PSI with Test 10 Test 12 and Test 20 hoses and 9000 PSI with Test 15 hoses. Notably it supports connection under pressure of up to 5800 PSI for Test 12 and Test 20 and 9000 PSI for Test 15. Polyamide construction allows it to maintain its integrity in temperatures ranging from -31F to 212F.

Designed for optimal integration into hydraulic systems the hose features leakproof connections before opening and a self-locking metal protective cap to minimize contamination. Also it ensures straightforward attachment to measurement control and switching devices. It is ideal for use with hydraulic oils and other mineral-based fluids though compatibility with seal materials should be verified.

What kind of fluids can I run through this hose?

trying to pull pressure samples off a hydraulic line, is this hose meant for that kind of work?

what's the pressure rating on this hose, and can it actually handle being connected while the system is still running?

For Test 10, Test 12, and Test 20 hoses, the maximum working pressure is 5800 PSI. Test 15 hoses step up to 9000 PSI. Connection under live pressure is supported up to 5800 PSI on the Test 12 and Test 20, and up to 9000 PSI on the Test 15. The connection stays leakproof before it opens, so you are not dumping fluid when you hook it up mid-operation.
