Continuous solid contamination monitoring in a compact 4-inch diameter housing, the Schroeder TestMate Contamination Monitor uses an optical sensor to measure particles in four size ranges: >4, >6, >14, and >21 microns. Results are reported as ISO 4406:1999 or SAE AS 4059(D) contamination codes, output via 4–20mA analog signal or optional 0–10V analog. RS485 communication is also supported for use with FluMos software.

Sensor flow rate ranges from 30 to 300 ml/min, with a power requirement of 9–36 VDC and a maximum draw of 3 watts. Compatible with standard mineral fluids and phosphate esters, the unit supports pipe or wall mounting, and both the display/keypad orientation and inlet/outlet ports are configurable to suit installation requirements.

what all fluid types work with this monitor? got mineral oil running through our system and want to make sure before we order

Mineral-based hydraulic fluids are compatible, and so are phosphate esters. If your system runs standard mineral oil, you're good to go with this unit.
