What size pins does this cylinder use?

Got a 48-inch stroke on this thing, how's it gonna hold up at full extension without the rod bending or buckling under load?

Long stroke cylinders like this one do carry a lower full extension rating specifically because of column loading concerns. The longer the stroke, the more vulnerable the rod becomes to buckling under pushing loads. Hydrolico notes that the maximum suggested pushing load should be calculated with at least a 2x safety factor, and their column load data is based on a pin-to-pin mounting setup. So if you're running this near full extension under heavy push loads, you'll want to make sure your actual load stays well within that rated limit. Pulling loads are a different story since the rod is in tension rather than compression, but push loads at full stretch need to be sized conservatively.
