The WEBTEC SV80 Series diverter valve is a two-position directional control valve designed to route hydraulic flow between two separate lines, switching fully from one to the other without passing through a neutral state. Rated to 80 L/min (21 US gpm) and a maximum pressure of 210 bar (3000 psi), the SV80-A-J-S suits a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits.

Cast iron construction keeps the body robust under pressure, while stainless steel internals and NBR/PTFE seals provide reliable service across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Compatibility with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 covers the majority of standard hydraulic fluids. Connections are 1/2" BSPP, and at 1.5 kg the valve is compact enough for space-constrained installations. Ambient service conditions extend from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F).

valve says no neutral position, what exactly does that mean for how it operates?

At any given time, flow is being directed to one of the two outlet lines. There's no center position where flow stops or bypasses both. When you shift the valve, it switches the flow path from one line to the other. That's the whole point of this style of diverter, it's either one way or the other, not somewhere in between.
